Crista Cowan is the owner and operator of Legacy Family History Services. She has been involved in family history research for over 20 years. She has been doing client research for the past seven years.

Crista is an active member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, currently serving as President of the Utah Valley Chapter. She attends and speaks at national and local genealogical conferences regularly. She spoke at the 2006 Conference for the International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies and is scheduled to speak at their 2008 conference in Chicago. She teaches an Introduction to Family History Class, is actively involved in client research, and provides indvidual coaching and consulting for people wanting to be involved in their own family research.
